3rd Update (new map prep)

With the design and balancing of the balancing of the first map looking complete the second map is now a WIP. The Main Menu has been updated to reflect the upcoming additions. As far as current balance changes goes, second row of fireballs speed adjusted to differ from pattern of the first set.
